Recently, when my app is instantiated by the system and it starts fetching via MCP I get a permission confirmation alert asking if it’s okay to “Materialize Files” but my app does not use any files APIs and has nothing to do with files. My concern is that a spurious alert like that will freak out users.
What is triggering this?
