Why MCP Apps need explicit prompts [Recently]

I have my tool verified and published, but recently I have seen that the tools are not getting connected by writing simple queries we have to explicitly say that “use the tool”
This problem is with most of the MCP based Apps

Also what is this Output schema recommended in the tool Actions

Why is this happening now all of a sudden,
This wasn’t the case before :anguished_face:
we use to just simply give our prompts
