ChatGPT app not working on Samsung phone

Hi,
I installed the ChatGPT app on my Samsung Note 10, but I cannot log in. Every time I attempt to log in, I receive the following error message:

“Something went wrong. You may be connected to a disallowed ISP. If you are using VPN, try disabling it. Otherwise, try a different Wi-Fi network or data connection.”

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

  1. Disabled my VPN and retried logging in.
  2. Switched between Wi-Fi and mobile data connections.
  3. Cleared the app cache and reinstalled it.

Unfortunately, the issue persists. The app works fine on other Android devices I’ve tested.

Has anyone experienced this problem? Are there any solutions or specific settings I should check?
