Same here in Sweden. Paid user since the very start. I see again i get a non existing service for what I pay. This is the 3rd major outage for your paying users since December. When will you give us some reimbursement ?

Iām on the teams plan, both personal and professional devices (separate accounts). 4o and 4 do not work for voice. iOS (iPad and iPhone). UK (London).
One wonders if thereās a client/server architecture decision that needs to be forthcoming to help the servers cope? Perhaps restrict voice to a PC/Mac app that can use the CPU/GPU to preprocess and postprocess I/O? Or something the like?
Bottom line, the buggy nature of the service, the lack of formal support and issue management, and the absence of service credits for outages is getting old.

Same situation here in Belgium. I donāt have access to the microphone features on either the web or iOS versions. Weāre paying for the supposedly advanced GPT-4o model but getting plain old GPT-4. Fantastic. Really feels like weāre getting our moneyās worth. Honestly, this isnāt just frustrating, itās downright unfair to your paying users.

Same here in Canada on IOS app as well as Web on desktop with Plus subscription.
You can see the 4o option but itās no difference with old version 4.
The voice chat is also not working because of the heavy load!
So still waiting for those fantastic features!

Everyone started to do tests. That is why it is not working (I mean those messages that the system is overloaded) it is like with the banks. If everyone would start cashing out - bank would collapse as there is not enough money to give them all what they virtually posses;) )
As for the new features they did say they will start rolling out new features in upcoming week a so we have to be patient;)
Same here, using Chat GpT app with IPhone and a Plus subscription. Now I have access to 4o but I can no longer use voice chat in either versions.

Itās even worse for me. I just updated the iPad version of the app thinking Iād get the new 4o voice features, and instead it removed voice completely and behaves like the web interface. Real nice there, OpenAI.

Yea, they have disabled this funcionality as people started to DDOS them 
they will turn it on later this week probably;)

Yes - it was disabled for all. No app update was necessary as this functionality was probably covered by some form of feature flag and clearly it was disabled because of the increased traffic

Same here. DoesnĀ“t working anymore. Have been talking with the app for months. iPhone. Plus-sub. The icon has disappeared within the app. And when i click on the quick button āstart voice conversationā it says āVoice unavailable, please make sure this feature is enabled for your accountā. Only problem there are no way to enable.

I donāt think we are the only idiots around here. Itās not logical to push on a headphone to gain acces to a direct microphone.

The headset icon 
is gone from the Android app.
This morning the icon was there and it worked.
However, now, when launching the Android app, and selecting the model as Chat-Gpt 4o , the headset icon is gone!
