ChatGPT-3.5 Max Questions Per Hour!?

So apparently there is a limit to the number of questions you can ask ChatGPT-3.5 every hour! I knew there was a limit of GPT-4o, and it’s nice that we can even access it without having to pay exorbitant fees, but apparetly even GPT-3.5 has it. To be fair it’s quite a bit more but I didn’t know this was a thing. How long has there been a prompt limit with GPT-3.5?
