I made a new account and subscribed to the PLUS plan a couple of days ago, NEVER did I select PRO and anything. A few hours ago it fraudulently upgraded my account to PRO without my consent, then it stole hundreds of dollars from my account and drained it. Now the help chat person cut me off without answering a single question, just cold rude, I can’t even open a new chat. How on earth can they do this and how do I get it reversed immediately. On top of that, I paid for the PLUS plan which I can’t use now either as it’s gone, only PRO which I am not touching until I have my money back. How can they do this?
This has been here for one day with no response. I say contest the charge immediately, then lawyer up. Tech execs are the most dishonest people in the world.
