Chat GPT response for 4o going in a loop

Is anybody body else experiencing the chatgpt response loop today? I am asking the 4o to help me with coding a page and if the page is long, it gets to a point where the continue generating button appears. After pressing the button, the response starts again but appends the new response to where the old response ended before pressing the button. It keeps doing this as if going in a loop every time I press the continue generating button without finishing the page of code I have asked for. It seems that chatGPT is forgetting what it just responded with and started again instead of finishing the task.

yeah, it’s all jacked up for me. It just goes on forever in a loop if it’s too long for one prompt, and does not generate properly once it continues. The way around which is still not reliable is type continue in the prompt and not their own continue button.
