Well, I too was extremely frustrated by these incomplete responses. But last night I found a guy on YouTube which explains a method to get of the issue within a minute. It works for almost everybody. Let me share his video with you.

No… what the author of this thread is saying is that the ai cannot provide a complete summary for a text that is more than certain amount of words. If I for example provide a text with 3000 words it can only process upto the first 2000 words and provide a summary for that 2000 words while the last 1000 is just left out in the summary. He is right. I have been getting the same issue.
However to my experience the new ChatGPT 3.5 that is available to the users of the subscription serivce has resolved that issue. I have been feeding the ai with lengthiest passages that it can process and getting it to summarise them and the result was successful. All the points covered in the original text that I provide is included in the summaries.
