I can’t see a right bottom chat button on the openai helpcenter page. I m in a pro plan. Anyone here from OpenAI can help solve the issue?
Have this issue too. Chat window disappears only when logged in. Tried multiple browsers and a separate PC.

Could you share a screenshot of what the Help Center looks like on your end when the chat button is missing? If the chat widget won’t load, you can still contact support by emailing support@openai.com.
