Check your OpenAI organization account balance, the primary reason you’d be getting 429 errors when making API calls, if all of your requests are failing and not just that endpoint. Even servicing calls are cut off.
my agent network is still running so i think it’s not really the account balance problem.
other tab like log/response is still working. even some trace without guardrail still shows detail (another bug where sometime guardrail not presented in trace but available in response)
I’ve got the same problem here. The https://platform.openai.com/logs/trace is working perfectly, as I can see all the traces. But when I click on a given Trace to see the details, it appears as a blank page
I’ve got the same problem here. Clicking on some particular traces, I get the same error of a blank screen as mentioned before, this is happening since yesterday. The too many requests mentioned by @keiraa seems to be from Sentry, indicating open ai may no be receiving this errors.
@alvaro.villalbaperez experience is exactly the same problem I am facing, this is replicable by other user accounts in my organization.
Also, I cannot see a place to directly report a bug from open ai console platform.
