At my company we have API keys that are not shown in https://platform.openai.com/settings/organization/api-keys and as a result we cannot revoke them. Does somebody know of another way to revoke an API key?
Thanks a lot in advance for your replies!

That URL is not valid on my side.
Hi @f10w If you are having trouble reaching that URL then the problem is external to OpenAI’s infrastructure, the URL is externally accessible and working.
That would show “user keys”, which are like the super-user of an organization, tied to a login.
The original account owner may have those and be using them.
A new account now has them disabled, no “legacy user api key” for you (which can be billed to any organization you are a member of).
If there are multiple owners who have old accounts, each may be a org member and be able to have disbursed their user keys in the past.
Select your correct organization from top-left corner:
Then check your API KEY.
If there is not, create new API KEY.
It seems that legacy keys were recently disabled from the dashboards (at least they are not showing on mine anymore).
I think the misunderstanding might be that the new usage board doesn’t show us the key references, but key ID (which is something entirely different), thus making it impossible to track your real API key. It makes it look like there are other api keys being used in your account.

In the legacy usage activity report, it will show more details:
If you still have active unknown keys in this report, then you might have to contact support directly, as we are just fellow users like you.
Thanks everybody for your replies.
It turns out that the key was accessible via the URL https://platform.openai.com/settings/profile/api-keys (“Legacy”) associated to the account of one of our admins.
