Hi everyone, I am on an eligible ChatGPT Pro(x5) personal account and recently hit my weekly limit while running 5min workloads. According to the OpenAI Help Center article ( Paid weekly Work and Codex rate limit resets ), eligible Plus and Pro users can purchase an immediate reset either: Throug…

I am a paying ChatGPT Pro subscriber ($100/month). I have been at my weekly limit for days. There is still no reset option in Settings → Usage, no banner offering a paid instant reset, and buying credits does not restore the weekly allowance the way a reset used to. What I keep seeing from help art…

Missing “Buy an instant reset” option — could OpenAI please explain what’s happening? Hi everyone, Could someone from OpenAI please provide an update on the missing option to purchase a weekly usage reset in Work/Codex? I’m a paying subscriber and have successfully purchased resets before. The op…

Same here. On Pro and have always had the ability to purchase a weekly reset for $80. Now it is gone and purchasing credits is like triple the cost in just over a week. They are just gouging us now.

Hi everyone! Paid instant resets are temporarily paused and I don’t have a confirmed return date yet. The $100 Pro plan is supported when the offer is available. The offer is limited to selected personal Plus and Pro accounts with billing in the US (USD), Japan (JPY or USD), or Singapore (SGD or USD…

Is there any information available at all about when this might be turned back on? I realize that you said here that you don’t have a confirmed timeline, but perhaps there’s at least an idea. Since the purchase of new Pro 20x plans have been suspended for 13 days (ish), are we looking at days/weeks…

My apologies, I still don’t have even a rough estimate to share. The Pro 20x upgrade pause is separate, so I can’t use its timing to estimate when paid resets will return.

I still don’t have even a rough estimate to share. I know that makes it hard to plan for your deadline. I understand that you can only provide the information that you’re authorized to provide. Please convey, to whoever is supervising your decisions, that this is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Please explain t…

Exactly as stated above. This is a real issue. And I don’t want to have to go back to Claude…

This does sound a bit confusing… Will the $200 plan be supported when the offer is available? It’s not clear to me whether that’s part of the “selected personal Plus and Pro accounts”.

Same here! I could buy it once! Now its gone!
