Can Chat GPT read each cells in excel and populate cells in excel with answers?

Can Chat GPT take an excel sheet with question column and an answer column and pick up each of the cell’s questions and answers and give an overview based on the set of guidelines I’ll be asking Chat GPT to compare against? Then populate those answers to a different cell so that all the work is done on 1 sheet?

How would I go about integrating Codex into MS Excel?

Hello, I am in a statistics class that relies heavily on using Microsoft Excel. I have access to Codex, and I was wondering how I would plug Codex into Excel so that I can type in natural language commands and Excel will do what I typed in, similar to the MS Word demo in the Codex example videos. Is this possible? I appreciate any help.
