Problem with batch API - status stuck in validating even after completion and taking too much time than usual.
Any known issues? Can anyone help?

Is it within 24 hours still? At busy times batch processing is delayed while real-time calls are processed, if it’s been longer than 24 hours then please post back and we can get that raised.

@Foxalabs Thanks for the reply. Yeah, it got processed, but the job status is not being updated, its stuck in validating during the progress as well as after completion and I am not able to retrieve the output because of the output file id not getting updated.
