Batch progress usually stops at 0/N for long hours (since Aug 8?)

Today, I encountered an issue where a batch process that normally takes about 1 minute to complete has been stuck at 0/N for 7 hours. I experienced a similar issue on Aug 9, where it eventually started progressing after waiting for about 4 hours.

I’ve been using ChatGPT’s Batch API since July, but this is recently I’m seeing such long wait times. It seems that another person on this forum have also observed similar issues starting around the same period.

Although the batches completed within the 24-hour Completion window, the extended wait times are making me reconsider using the Batch API for my product.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue when using the Batch API?

Yes tokiya. Same here… anyupdate from your side? i am stuck for 2 h at this point… i am a heavy user…

For now the same issues keep happening and the last batch took 6hours…
I’m communicating with “help”.

i am still stuck at the moment… 4-5h already… the “help” gives any help? I try to search around online could not really find anything useful… I have tried gpt 4o, gpt 4… no success
