I am sorry if this has already been asked, my search didn’t find what I was looking for and also if this is confirmed in the documentation somewhere, I wasn’t able to find it.
I wanted to check that currently with Agent Builder / Agent Kit once I create a workflow, is the only way to invoke this via realtime chat (or ChatKit).
I am looking to build workflows but instead invoke them via API where I can ping the Agent with a payload and wait for a response. Is this possible today?
