I don’t know about A,C,D but B is definitely enabled by GPT4 and LLama. Not sure we’ve hit the flops barrier yet but not even sure how they calculate that, tbh.

Even if it passes the State Assembly and is signed by the Governor, I doubt it will survive the inevitable lawsuits—it’s likely unconstitutionally vague.

It’s also monumentally stupid, as it immediately cedes AI superiority to nations without such restrictive laws.
