Bug report: Android Projects file picker greyed out

I’m on ChatGPT Plus using ChatGPT for Android 1.2026.153 (23) on OnePlus 12 / OxygenOS 16.0.7. In normal chats, I can share/upload .fit files to ChatGPT, but inside any existing Project chat, the Files / Filer option in the composer is greyed out and cannot be selected.

This happens in every Project/chat on the Android app only. The same account works in the browser on my laptop. Android app permissions do not show a file permission toggle, and sharing files to normal ChatGPT chats works, so this appears to be a ChatGPT Android Projects UI/composer issue rather than an Android permission issue.

Expected: Files can be selected/uploaded in Project chats on Android.
Actual: Files option is disabled/greyed out in Project chats.
