I’ve got extra charges that are not from this account and I’ve been contacting openai for over a week as they ran me in circles. They’ve stopped responding so now I’ve come here because my bank tells me the only way to stop it is to cancel my card. It’s been 3 days with no response after being run in circles and genuinely trying, so I’ve come here.
