The batch jobs appear to have been stuck since September 9th, 9:45 PM. Could someone help me with this?
Please note:
I currently have over 100 batch requests in validating status, so cancelling and restarting them is not a feasible option.
Both the batch size and queue tokens are well within the limits.
I am using openAI batch api via Azure portal
edit: my batches ended up completing (September 11th)

It seems something similar happened last year. There is a similar post and this was their response:
There was an internal issue causing batches to not get validated for a while. We have fixed it and you should see your batches pass the validation phase very soon. Apologies for the trouble!
Yes, same for us. All unprocessed batches are now processed.
