“I’m using multiple Gmail accounts (work, university, personal), and the lack of multi-email or account-switching support in the ChatGPT browser (Atlas) is a blocker for adoption. For professionals with multiple roles, needing to sign out and lose context each time is impractical. This is critical for user retention and product success. For example I have different services connected to different gmail accounts, for Example at University, my other gmail account is connected to their services, and for work I have another gmail account, again connected to specific services. Every time I’m at work, I wont be able to use Atlas, b/c I’ll need to keep switching back to google, which will cause me to use Atlas less, and eventually likely not use it, because it’s inconvenient”.
