Anyone else have to prompt 10-30 times in order for Astra to be able to understand ? finding my self using 100-300$ a day multiple prompts to get it to understand a single thing. Terrible model , im going back to chinese models . deepseek , GLM is 100x better and 100x cheaper!!!
Yes. Astra and Sol are expensive fuckups. I have been in IT since 1969, first introduced to AI in 1980’s Expert System days and a Plus subscriber for nearly 3 years. I can say that in my experience the ChatGPT UI and software change management are disgraceful examples of ineptitude and lack of management oversight.

I have been trying to get GPT to perform bidirectional engineering reconciliation on an integrated documentation stack consisting of 15 MS Word docx’s. You’d think that would be easy, but NO! Over the last 2-3 weeks GPT performance quality has hit the wall. Sol can’t do it and neither can Astra. The result is an expensive waste of time with me wondering if I can get a refund and find some like-minded spirits to get up a class action for product representation. Altman needs to understand his product is a mess and fix it.
