Hi everyone, sometime when i ask a question on my assistant to respond against some files i’ve attached, it replies sayng that files are empty…but they’re not.
If i ask more specific question about files content it answers correctly, so what could be the problem?
EDIT: if i switch form GPT-3.5-turbo to GPT-4-turbo-preview it works
