Hello,
I am trying to add an assistant that is connected to my whatsapp and who answer people according to the knolwedge document that i gave to him. But I tried many times and many format and the assistant cannot retrieve all the information of the document. For example, i have information about prices and about installing an app, but he never answer them although it is clearly and structurally listed in the document as you see in the attached images. So, I don’t undertand why. What is the problem and how can I solve it please?
