The Apps SDK post talks about “indirect” queries i.e. where the user does not specifically mention name of an app but if relevant ChatGPT would suggest/ recommend appropriate apps. This introductory post has a video showing how ChatGPT recommends Spotify when user is searching for playlists.
However it does not seem to work. App recommendations, including the Spotify example are no longer working. This greatly limits how much usage apps get. I wonder if any one knows more about this.
