On the usage on the home page, I see text-davinci, gpt-4-0613, and gpt-3.5-turbo-0613,
On the playground at openAi, i see gpt-3.5-turbo-16k, gpt-3.5-turbo and gpt-4
What is “text-davinci” and “gpt-3.5-turbo-0613”? I am confused

text-davinci-00x models are instruction-following tuned models of GPT-3. text-davinci-003 is the newest, released November 29, 2022. They are completion endpoint models and will be retired January 4, 2024.
gpt-3.5-turbo-0613 is just the full name of the current model that gpt-3.5-turbo points to, with the date reflecting its creation and not its training, which is continually altered.
You have to chose “mode” to see completion models, which has been moved to the upper-left.
