mainly the 500 error i got in return where my code is bugless
i don’t know what happen internally why it does not process well
so tell me what can i do

There was a bug on UI to add credit first time, but IDK if it was fixed.
You might see a bug when filling out the form, it was a problem with the website that OpenAI was working on.
For now, a quick fix is to turn on the “recharge” option and enter some numbers in the amount boxes. That should let you click “continue”. After that, if you don’t want your balance to refill automatically, you can turn “recharge” off again.
