Wondering if any one else is encountering this issue?

Opened GPT this morning - app crashed. Decided to uninstall & reinstall.

Yet now everytime I open the app it crashes instantly on launch, I can’t even log in.

I’ve tried the following so far:
Clearing App data/cache, clearing my device data/cache, uninstall/reinstall the app, restarting my device, checking for updates.

Also:
I’m running an Android - a Xiamoi Redmi 2022. The app worked fine before its’ initial crash and reinstallation. My OS is up to date, the app is up to date etc. My device isn’t rooted either.

I’m not exactly a tech genius so not sure what else to try to fix the issue.

Is anyone else running into this?

Same…just installed the app (first time) and it’s crashing just after launch on my Oneplus 9.

I barely see the “Welcome” screen and then it bonks out.

Glad it’s not just me, I haven’t managed to find any one else having similar issues yet. Very frustrating!

I’ve been having the same issue atm.

It’s working again… idk what happened it just worked suddenly and stopped crashing

Wife and I have the same phone, S23 Ultra. Hers is crashing upon startup, mine is not. Have done the clear cache, data, uninstall, install, stuff. Same problems persist. Saw somewhere that having too many open topics on the sidebar can be a problem, but we use the same account. I archived some topics and deleted others. reloaded app. no change. App still works on my phone, not hers.

Thanks for the replies, makes me feel a bit less frustrated! Thought it was just my phone or something.

Perhaps they’re rolling out some sort of update? I was on version 1.2024.275 last time I checked, yet my partner is as well & his is working fine although he has a different model phone that’s also running Android.

Same problem on my Redmi device both stock ROMs and custom ROMs, I switch to the older version, it works well. But after my try, the latest version of the App can work normally on iQOO Neo 6.

I have same issue too, tried uninstalling and installing, deleting cache and data but nothing works.
