We were affected by the previous Batch API outage, which blocked several production features in our project.
After the fix, those features remain blocked: almost all batches submitted through our account now reach expired status after 24 hours instead of completing successfully.
The attached screenshot shows repeated expirations across batches submitted on September 3–5. Example affected batch IDs:

The Batch API is a critical part of our production workflows, and this ongoing issue is preventing us from restoring the affected features.
Could your support or engineering team urgently investigate our account and help resolve these repeated expirations? We would appreciate confirmation of whether this is related to the earlier outage, whether any account-specific remediation is needed, and the expected timeline for a fix or an available workaround.
