How can I effectively use GPT models to improve my writing process without becoming overly reliant on AI-generated content? Have any of you done this before?
Use it at first to generate content. Then after a while write some without using the AI. If you notice that by constantly reading what the AI generated based on what you created you will start pick up some of the AIs style and then be less dependent on the AI. This is the technique I used for writing replies here.
