AI helper would help to understand things

Can we have AI helper by Discourse/CDCK inc. here? Or is it already operational here, but I don’t have high enough trustlevel?

I mean this is a global forum and working language is English. Then ability to do (at least) fast translations would be helpful.

(How often forces tagging leads to wrong tags?)

There is an AI feature available for TL3+ users.

Well, perhaps AI helper and autotagging it gives isn’t such load and money issue it would need that heavy TL-demand, when there is high chance that TL3,4 and staff would not benefit its help.

Yeah, unfortunately it’s not within our control to change.

But, just FYI,

This forum gets a ton of traffic, it wouldn’t be feasible for them to make those features available to everyone.

But, who knows, if the price of gpt-4o-mini gets any lower…

Just to be on safe side — I’m not talking about AI-bots, known as personas in Discourse lingo, but AI helper that could be activated as proof reading or translating a word or sentence in composer or when reading a post.

Because it would use OpenAI-model I’m not totally sure it would be really money issue, at least when AI-suggestions of topic tittle, category and tags is disabled.

But now we are in off topic meta questions and I got my answer.
