I don’t see how to attach files that have already been uploaded previously

Hi and welcome back!

I’ve moved this topic to the Feedback category as a feature request, although I’m not completely certain whether this functionality may have been available before (if this is actually a bug).

Is this something you need immediately? Are you familiar with how to attach previously uploaded files by ID to a vector store using the API?
