I can not manually or automatically force the previous conversations list to refresh?
When a user has more then one computer with ChatGPT desktop apps installed on each computer, one usually wants to start at some computer but continue on the other. But you can not refresh the conversation list unless you quit the app & restart it.

I have the same issue.
When I start a conversation on my mobile app and want to continue it on my computer, I have to log out of my account on the ChatGPT Windows application and then log back in to refresh the conversation list. Otherwise, I can’t see the most recent conversations.
It would be helpful to add an option to refresh the conversation list in the Windows application.
Same issue here. I have to fully exit the app and reopen just to refresh.
