404 error on GPT 4 API Bad request

I received email to try out GPT 4. We are using the api for our new app but when we use gpt4 as the output it brings this error “message”: “Request failed with status code 404” “code”: “ERR_BAD_REQUEST”. But when we use gpt3.5 as output it works perfectly fine. Any help on what could be the problem
