Does anyone know of a high quality, free (or not expensive) 3d model of the OpenAI logo?
My UI needs something snazzy to rotate or do particle affects to show its working.

Be aware that that what you’re trying to is against TOS “You may not use OpenAI’s or any of its affiliates’ names, logos, or trademarks, without our prior written consent.” (section 9.b)
you should be able to turn a high res bitmap into a height field, put 2 back to back and there you go.

Add a gradient mask for colors , a spinning animation, and it looks epic.

You’re absolutely right, that didn’t even occur to me. I guess I just wanted users to know they were getting the GOOD ai

It’s part of the best practices to tell the user that they’re interacting with an AI, but you can do that with a tagline, like this one:
“Experience AI at its finest - powered by OpenAI for exceptional performance.”
Or something less cheesy, using their name, logo, or trademark without permission could be misleading or infringing on their intellectual property.
