It’s an issue that happens with every web service out there, whether in development or in production.

What I mean is that without this forum, users would not know what happened, there would be no error reports (the service status page would still be green), users would frequently restart their computers, reinstall their browsers, and clear their local storage data. OpenAI, which provides paid services, just needs to act as if nothing happened, without any sense of responsibility.
There are an estimated few hundred employees who work at OpenAI. It’s not always entirely obvious when there is an error except for when people like you report it.
We report it but nothing happens over two weeks…
for me it is already 3 I sent my error dozens of times before they said that it will be solved they din’t provide with with time they will solve it
Within a year…………. years…
That was my case. I even moved to different computers and OS, wasting a lot of time while the service apparently was online. I paid for the service, so I expect at least to know that something is happening after many hours. Today I have not been able to work with it.
Maybe they should ask ChatGPT how to solve this problem
