Would completion tokens also be a part of total pricing when using gpt-4-vision-preview?

I am resizing the user uploaded images to 512*512 before sending it to the api, and i am keeping the detail as low. Documentation says that $0.00085 would be cost per image.

So, my question is would this be the total cost on this api call for me? or would the completion tokens (lets say 100 tokens in output) would also add some cost to the price?

Total cost = Input token costs + output token costs
