Hi, I’m using gpt-5 and running into the same issue with the Batch API. I can see all requests and their responses in the logs, but when I try to retrieve completed requests, it shows 0 completed and 0 failed. The logs clearly display 1,263 requests, and I’ve also been billed for all of them.
I’ve already opened a support ticket and am in contact with the support team. I’ll update this thread as soon as I hear back from them.
