I have conducted a code comparison and found that GPT-4 is far better than the paid version of ChatGPT o1-mini. The mini produces many errors and nonsensical texts with repeating the same code multiple times, making it seem like it is not following instructions and is generating its own thoughts. In contrast, the free version of GPT-4o is precise and to the point. I do not know why they included the mini in the paid version; it should not exist in any paid or free service.
