edit: its working if you use vpn and then upload for some or other reason

For me it doesn’t work as well. I can only upload from my mobile app. But if you open a chat in app, upload the documents in it, you can open the same conversation on web on laptop on work on the fields there. It can answer the questions regaring the files on lapotp, if you uploaded it previosuly from phone

我受不了了，从前天下午开始gpt的o1开始不思考，很明显用的是4o-mini的回答，紧接着不能读图片，不能生成图片，上传文件，不能联网搜索。你要是对待订阅用户都是这种服务态度，等着倒闭吧。

I have the same issue. I can’t read images or upload files, and I can’t search the internet either. But it works fine on the mobile app
