I second this. We need it on Azure ASAP. The current GPT-4 pricing model for large context windows is really blocking the adoption for coding for my whole team.

+1 - ditto - Azure availability of the GPT-4-turbo model for tenants already with GPT-4 access is needed asap. Additionally, would be nice to know if the new the assistant api is going to be released for Azure Open AI Service.
I don’t think this thread will reach the right people 
. They published an article committing to bringing GPT-4-Turbo to Azure by the end of the year.
Feels a bit slow to be honest, but what the hell do I know about bringing the most capable AI system in the world to scale to thousands of enterprise clients

In a blog Microsoft, it is mentioned that GPT-4 turbo will be available in Azure by the end to November 2023. I hope it helps.
