I am trying to build an OpenAI GPT which can answer any question regarding OpenAI API and want to load data from community posts. I am using discourse api to search for posts on OpenAI Community. However, I can barely get 10 posts and reach the rate limit. What is the RPM for OpenAI discussion forum? I am sure, this RPM is different than OpenAI RPM for models, as it should be.
Discourse API json is 200 per minute, 50 per 10 seconds, etc.
