Is the cost to use gpt-3.5-turbo-0301 the same as gpt-3.5-turbo ($0.002 / 1K tokens)? I assume they are but couldn’t tell for sure from the pricing page.
For me it is the same. I however can’t say for sure that this will always be the case. If they continue with GPT3 further maybe there could be a difference in the future. But I think for the next year or so it should be the same

Yes, I’d advice to do so. Not only because of the pricing but also because gpt.3.5 turbo is the branch that will receive the updates later on and thus will in the long term provide better results and more stability
