What is the output token limit for GPT-4O mini

In the documentation, it says the input token limit is 128K, what is the output token limit for mini?

The output limit for gpt-4o-mini is 16,384 tokens.

16,384?? That’s 4x that of GPT-4o (regular version). Sounds to me like GPT-4o mini is the superior model, especially for generating and fixing things like large code files. Please correct me if I’m wrong, and also if GPT-4o got updated with a longer output length.
