What is the executional sovereignty layer?

Hello OpenAI Community,

I’m Emad Janah, founder of BRAVIQ, and I’ve recently submitted a proposal to research@openai.com that may resonate with many of you who push ChatGPT beyond typical use cases.

I’d like to invite discussion and feedback from this brilliant community regarding what I call:

The Executional Sovereignty Layer (ESL)

While ChatGPT excels at conversation and generative reasoning, it often struggles with:

  • Instruction-bound task execution
  • Structural formatting consistency
  • Multi-step procedural adherence

In contrast, agents like Grok (from xAI) exhibit stronger protocol compliance, despite being less expressive.

The Vision:

Imagine a ChatGPT mode designed for power users, system designers, and operational architects, enabling:

  • Zero instruction deviation
  • Sequenced execution memory
  • Self-correction feedback loops
  • Deterministic output structures
  • Integration-ready micro-protocol logic

This isn’t just a feature—it’s a new layer. A sovereignty layer.
Where ChatGPT becomes not just intelligent—but governable.

If this idea aligns with your needs or ambitions, I invite your thoughts, endorsements, and improvements.
And if you’d like to read the full formal proposal, I’ll be happy to share it here.

Let’s co-create what ChatGPT could become when execution becomes as sacred as imagination.

With respect,
Emad Janah
