Web Q&A on docs - Getting an error when I tried to install all the dependencies using pip

Hi,

I am newbie and trying to follow the example on docs,
https://platform.openai.com/docs/tutorials/web-qa-embeddings

but, I am getting an error when I try to install all the dependencies using pip install -r requirements.txt command.

Can anyone please let me know if the versions are correct in those modules.
