I created my community account yesterday because i was sick of this “context window full” warning and i wanted to know if any other people suffered like me and to my surprise there was a lot. I have been reading almost all the Complaints about this topic since last night and i can say nobody hasnt got any proper explanation yet. Im a free plan user myself and I’m not expecting or wanting everything to be free or unlimited for us it would be unfair to the ones who paid for it. But we should atleast be able to creat and continue a chat or a story that doesn’t get “full” after 15 messages. Problems of course can happen but I don’t understand why we aren’t getting any explanation or any kind of thing that at least tells us what the problem is. And i realized that we , all of the users who have been suffering because of this problem have been ignored for more than a month. I found complaints from October 6 and around dates. It is currently November 8th and we still don’t know what is going on. People started to use other apps and started to lose hope which is really understandable in our situation. I dont know if they are expecting us to buy plus plan just because it’s not working and they think ignoring us would push us to buy plus plan. (Even tho there are many plus plan users who have been suffering because of this problem). I don’t think anyone would buy it after being ignored for a long time.
We just want to be heard and atleast get an explanation. We deserve one @OpenAI_Support
