I want to see what’s being pulled in the context window exactly when I start a session. AGENTS.md surely, but what else? I’ve been fiddling with different harnesses/models in the same repo, and now I have a few .md files lying around in different folders. How do I find out what is being pulled in as context, when I start a fresh Codex CLI session? Surely there must be a way to know
