I am exploring if I can use open ai realtime API along with Twillo for establishing call with my customer. Has anyone explored such production quality solution? I found some platform like vapi.ai also but I dont see why we need them when openai supports voice call. It is only call session management needed and twillo should be able to support that. Can you please share some thoughts on this? Thanks
