I’m trying to convert my existing EHS system into an ISO 14001 and 45001-aligned management system—or at least use GPT to help build and support it. I want to upload or feed GPT the ISO manual family so it becomes a subject-matter expert on the standards.
My goals are to:
• Build/refine procedures, forms, templates, and logs
• Get real-time answers about our system (daily logs, concentration checks, KPIs, etc.)
• Make the system easy to navigate using natural language
I’ve already been working with GPT to generate files and it’s going well, but I’m concerned about the number of documents and files it will need to reference as the system grows. Has anyone figured out an efficient way to manage this volume while keeping everything searchable and usable?
Any advice on how to set it up, feed the right documents, or tools that make this smoother?
